Here are the step-by-step instructions to make a Chase piñata from Paw Patrol:

Materials:

  • Large balloon
  • Newspaper
  • Flour
  • Water
  • Scissors
  • Tape
  • String or ribbon
  • Paint in blue, brown, white and black
  • Paintbrushes
  • Glue

Instructions:

  1. Inflate the balloon and tie a knot at the end. This will be the base for your piñata.
